Passion Profile

The Passion Profiler™, a groundbreaking instrument developed by Purpose Linked Consulting in partnership with a team of researchers from  the University of Michigan.

With this tool, we are able to assess an individual’s expression of purpose as work-related passions – the inherent passions that stimulate individuals to learn new skills, exercise cognitive diversity, offer more discretionary effort and thrive at work.

These quantifiable passions are expressed as “passion archetypes”, which are specific aspects of individual personality that define a person’s overall approach to work and life – and provide insight into how an individual’s passions can be leveraged to contribute diverse insights for solving problems, implementing strategies, or interacting with others.

This segment highlights and establishes:

  • The core skills required for inclusive communication
  • A common language for practicing inclusion

The benefits of leveraging passion archetypes to foster diverse input and collaboration across groups, individuals or teams, ultimately enhancing inclusion throughout the organization.
